Sarah Porter is an independent expert on the use of technology in education and research with almost twenty years' experience working in higher education.

Sarah was Head of Innovation at Jisc for eight years and has led numerous national projects and programmes, many of them working at the cutting edge of innovation in education. She contributes to national strategy and policy for education and has advised governments across the world on the role of new technologies in education and research.

Sarah divides her time between research and independent advice and support.
