Rhiannon joined Policy Connect in May 2025 working as a Policy Researcher within the Education and Skills team. 

Before joining Policy Connect Rhiannon worked as a Mixed-methods Researcher using ethnographic methods across public sector, third sector and social impact projects. Rhiannon particularly focussed on hard to reach vulnerable audiences with topics including young people and online harms, financial exclusion and accessibility. 

Rhiannon has an academic background in Anthropology. She holds an MSc in Politics, Violence and Crime from UCL and a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology from Oxford University. Whilst at University Rhiannon was President of Oxford Universities competitive dance team and interned at a number of charities focussed on widening participation for state educated young people. 

Outside of work Rhiannon enjoys reading, running and heading back to Wales on the weekends for sea swimming.
