Floriane joined the Industry, Technology and Innovation team at Policy Connect in January 2021. She is responsible for the strategic management of the ITI team’s work across the Manufacturing Commission and the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Manufacturing (APMG).
Floriane studied a BEng in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Warwick. She then worked for GSK within their respiratory supply chain as an industrial placement engineer.
Her past experiences include founding and directing the Warwick Women’s Engineering Society, a Royal Academy of Engineering Future Leaders Scholar, a Stemettes alumnus and as a freelance policy consultant and science communicator. Floriane has worked with various organisations promoting Diversity & Inclusion across the STEM sector. In 2020 she was presented with the Equal Engineers 2020 Student of the Year award.
In her spare time she plays the violin, reads and practises her German and French.
