Alainah joined Policy Connect in November 2022 and is currently the Policy Manager for Sustainability. 

She has previously gained experience within the think tank landscape by interning at the Institute of Economic Affairs and leading the Business and Economics Policy Centre at King's Think Tank. 

Alainah holds a BA (Hons) in International Development from King's College London where she gained a multidisciplinary understanding of socio-economic and political factors influencing growth trajectories with a particular emphasis on emerging economies. 

Outside of work she enjoys reading novels, watching cricket, and helping out at her family cafe.
