WSBF Briefing: Round Table ‘Property market affordability in London and South East England – Building sustainability'

February 2016

In the run-up to the mayoral election 2016, the Westminster Sustainable Business Forum (WSBF) brought together policy-makers, academics and leading industry professionals to discuss how the future Mayor of London and the Greater London Authority can tackle the challenge of reconciling the affordability and sustainability of the housing stock in the British capital region. The event considered both the successes and failures of policy in the past and discussed which lessons London can learn from other world cities, such as New York or Tokyo.
