David is a chartered civil engineer and environmentalist with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry working for contractor, consultant and client organisations. 

David has previously worked on a wide variety of infrastructure projects in the UK including water, wastewater, marine, transportation and renewable energy projects.  He is now working for the British Antarctic Survey leading the delivery of the £100M Antarctic Infrastructure Modernisation (AIM) programme.
