Simon Phillips has an extensive background in infrastructure, having been involved in fund raising, fund management and asset management over the last 15 plus years.  Most recently, Simon has been involved with a small residential fund for the Buy to Let market.

Simon is a serial investor and incubator of SMEs, and has experience of corporate finance and social infrastructure. Previously, Simon worked in management consultancy and healthcare management. 

Simon has a Law degree and a MBA from Cass Business School, where he is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board.
