Laura joins Policy Connect from the whistleblowing charity Protect, where she worked as an adviser, business consultant and policy officer. Previously, Laura has worked for the European Law Institute, where she co-ordinated a five-year anniversary conference in Vienna.
After completing a BSc in Psychology, Laura undertook the GDL at City University, to cross qualify with a degree in Law. Laura has volunteered for several human rights organisations; Liberty, Humanists UK, Oxfam and Vocalise, a training program working to develop debating skills in inmates.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys sailing, surfing and skiing.
