Yesterday, parliamentarians received a briefing from Sir Patrick Vallance and other leading UK scientists on climate change, hosted by Caroline Lucas MP, chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Climate Change Group, and Baroness Hayman, co-chair of Peers for the Planet.
