Leaner and Greener Inquiry Follow-up: Round Tables
As a follow up to the Leaner and Greener inquiry, the WSBF is organising a series of round table discussions across the country, particularly in Northern England where we would like to increase engagement with the report.
Discussions during the round tables will provide an opportunity for public sector property experts in the area of asset management to exchange best practice examples and identify any potential barriers to the implementation of the 15 recommendations in the report and finding ways to overcome them. The round tables will include the dissemination of the main findings from the report and the discussion of opportunities and challenges that emerge from them.
The main issues that are raised during the round tables will be summarised in a document which will be distributed at the follow up event to the launch of the report held in the Houses of Parliament in autumn 2011.
The round tables will take place in Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and Leeds.
- Birmingham, 27 June 2011
- Manchester, 6 July 2011
- Leeds, 12 September 2011
- Bristol, 19 September 2011
Please contact the Westminster Sustainable Business Forum for more details.
