Hayes calls for a new cafe culture of learning
Speaking in Sunderland, John Hayes, Minister of State for Further Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning, called upon employers to promote informal adult learning in the work place as part of the 'Cafe Culture' campaign that BIS is promoting in conjunction with Business in the Community.
Earlier in the year, BIS and Business in the Community published a joint report 'Learning to Connect: Building the Cafe Culture Movement.'
