Networking Reception with Will Day, Chair of The Sustainable Development Commission

Held at the Cinammon Club, Carbon Connect's second networking event was attended by around 100 key stakeholders from the low-carbon business arena. Guests were invited to hear the key role that The Sustainable Development Commission aims to play in pushing the low carbon agenda in UK policy making. Will Day, the Sustainable Development Commission’s new Chair gave his views on the role that central government policy can play in supporting the large scale deployment of low carbon technologies, and an analysis of the current policy framework surrounding this.
