Recycling Reshuffle: Lord Taylor Replaces Lord Henley
New Minister takes over the waste brief

Lord Henley's brief at the Department for Environment, Food and rural Affairs has been reassigned to Lord Taylor of Holbeach. Lord Taylor has held reposibility as Government Spokesperson for the Cabinet Office, Energy and Climate Change and Work and Pensions since 2010. Other roles he has held include Chairman of the National Conservative Convention form 2003 to 2003. He was also Shadow Environment Minister from 2006-7 and 2007-10.
