Keynote Address:
Lord Davies of Oldham, Minister of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.The annual APSRG New Year's reception provided an opportunity to celebratet the work of the Group and thank our members and all those who had contributed in 2009. This years event heard from Lord Davies of Oldham on the key priorities for the Defra team over the coming year. Steve Lee, Chief Executive of CIWM also spoke on the key messages the resource management sector needs to focus on over the next twelve months.
