A parliamentary seminar to focus on the localism agenda and its impact on sustainable resource management. This seminar provided an opportunity to critically explore potential models for public-private sector working in the new financial climate. The seminar heard from a wide range of speakers, and focused on the local authority, industry, third sector and London perspective on how sustainable resource management will be impacted on by greater decentralisation and fiscal reform.
