Air Pollution: Summary of Panel Discussion

3rd November 2017

On 23 October 2017, the T-charge came into force in London: drivers of more polluting vehicles that fail to meet certain emissions standards will be charged a daily fee. Policies to address air pollution like these, and their impact on health and the environment, were the subject of a panel discussion held by the All-Party Parliamentary Climate Change Group – along with Imperial College London’s Grantham Institute, the Royal Meteorological Society and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Air Pollution. This panel discussion brought together a range of speakers to explore questions on air pollution, health and the environment.
