For me, RF Engines embodies the excellence in technology that the British can be justifiable proud of, and are a prime example of innovation in a key area of advanced electronics. RF Engines is an electronics design company specialising in leading edge techniques for digital signal processing, and exports most of its products and services. Its state of the art technologies are used for a wide range of applications from satellite communications to electronic defence systems, and from radio telescopes to signal analysers. The company's outstanding record of innovation has resulted in it winning numerous electronics industry awards and its latest product, ChannelCore Flex, is a finalist in this year's British Electronic Engineering Awards. The company was also a recipient of the Queen's Award for Innovation in 2009.
